Does your career excite you and bring you happiness? Before starting Vibrant Lifestyle Coaching, I can say the last few years of my career as a hairstylist were no longer fulfilling. That lack of fulfillment led to anxious commutes to work and long draining days. Those long draining days and the energy that came with them started leaking into other areas of my life. I soon found myself stuck and in denial about my power over the situation.
In the beginning, I would focus on the things that I still loved from the job. However, over time those pockets of joy just weren’t enough. So I focused on pouring into other areas of my life but soon that left me drained as well. It was like dissatisfaction was a steady state in my life.
Can you relate?
One of the main reasons I notice my clients stay too long in positions that no longer bring them joy is fear.
Fear of the unknown.
Fear or failure.
Fear of their big dreams.
If you can relate and find yourself in that place where fear has you stuck and losing life, I want you to remember something:
So much of life unfolds in the doing. Your fears tell a story that keep you stuck and it’s just that a story. It’s not your truth or even the reality of life. Until you start making moves towards your big dreams you have no idea how life will really respond. Your trust and effort will bring about your wildest dreams but first you have to get out of fear’s grasp.
A job that excites you is waiting for you, you just have to believe in your ability to make it so.
There’s so much power in slowing down and tuning inward on your journey to a life that fulfills you. Make some time to check out this video series on The Power of Slowing Down and bring more energy for the life you’re living into your world.

We’ve all had that coworker who does the most. There’s levels to the doing the most game but right now we’ll specifically speak on the office butt-kisser. The one who goes above and beyond and it induces the most epic eyerolls. The coworker who inserts themselves in every situation to keep eyes on them. The coworker who seems to know everyone’s names and what’s happening in their lives. The coworker who seems to be on every project inserting their two sense. The coworker who has something to say about everything regardless of whether they were asked.
It makes you crazy how despite being so annoying, every opportunity seems to fall into their lap.
It’s infuriating and leaves you wondering if anyone else is just as triggered by this person. There are even days that leave you wondering if anyone is really that genuinely helpful and thoughtful. Continue reading

Living a healthy lifestyle can be a daunting task to tackle. There’s so much information out there and some of it downright conflicting.
Your friend swears bye Keto and HIIT workouts.
Your boss is a crossfit paleo ride or die.
Your mom swears by her daily walks and is team green juice.
So many different approaches to healthy living that all come with their own pluses and minuses. It can be downright overwhelming to decide what works for you and subsequently commit to it.

When it comes to your work, how are you viewing yourself? I’ve noticed a trend in my clients and I have a feeling you might relate. My clients tend to be those overachievers who give 120% to their jobs but unfortunately doubt their worthiness when it comes time to stepping up to the plate and going after those promotions or accolades. It’s all too easy for my overachieving badasses to downplay their work, abilities and honestly how they’re worthy of reaching higher heights in their career.

Being a strong-minded, go getter, type A, alpha female in the corporate world can take it’s toll on your mind, body and soul. It might seem like to get ahead and dominate in your field you have to embody more masculine energies to get things done but at what cost?
When I say embody more masculine energies I’m talking about

Is Susan from accounting in the breakroom bitching about her husband again? Mark talking reckless about Jessica’s performance in yesterday’s meeting? Are those coworkers at it again with the pettiness? Workplace drama is one of those things that’s bound to happen when you put groups of people together. The mixing of different personalities, backgrounds, values and expectations can create all types of issues in the workplace. It’s important to have patience in each unique situation. Workplace drama is an unnecessary stressor and how you navigate it makes all the difference. At times, work stress can feel unavoidable but I’ve got 3 suggestions to share on navigating workplace drama but first I’ve got some questions for you.

The essence of feminine energy is to love you, guide you, honor you and nurture you. Feminine energy is creative and playful and loves to be in nature. It’s divine feminine energy that helps you to birth-ideas, businesses, children, art, books, products, and new systems. She’s here for the whole process of

In the Understanding Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine Energy blog, I talked about how I help women operating heavily in their masculine energy to reconnect with their suppressed feminine energy. So I figured I would share more of what that looks like in action. Continue reading

I felt compelled to put together this blog series because I’ve been having so many conversations lately about unexpressed divine feminine energy.
I tend to attract female clients who are overexerting themselves in
