The Secret To Letting Your Emotions Guide You

 

Good or bad, you’ve gotta give your emotions the opportunity to BE. Feel whatever feelings that are coming up. Explore them. Don’t label them good or bad, just let them be. When you’re ready to explore the emotion ask yourself:

What triggered this emotion/mood?

Is there a lesson in this emotion?

Was this a warning?

Allow space for your negative emotions to come up. The more you hold in those negative emotions the higher the likelihood that you’ll develop mood problems and mental and physical illnesses.

Capture whatever intuitive guidance you can that might be scattered inside that mood.

 

With the intuitive knowledge you gain from feeling your feelings, learning your feelings, you’ll be able to heal and move forward.
