Good or bad, you’ve gotta give your emotions the opportunity to BE. Feel whatever feelings that are coming up. Explore them. Don’t label them good or bad, just let them be. When you’re ready to explore the emotion ask yourself:
What triggered this emotion/mood?
Is there a lesson in this emotion?
Was this a warning?
Capture whatever intuitive guidance you can that might be scattered inside that mood.
With the intuitive knowledge you gain from feeling your feelings, learning your feelings, you’ll be able to heal and move forward.
