Healthy Boundaries help you show up and navigate your life authentically. They allow you to love and be loved in a way that everyone wins.
Let’s dive into my three simple yet powerful steps:
Step 1: Self Awareness
- Get clear about your needs, priorities and limits
Step 2: Find your voice
- Get comfy speaking up for yourself
Step 3: Be Open/flexible
- Be willing to compromise, throw other options out there.
- Not every situation is a “This is my boundary now deal with it.”
Establishing healthy boundaries allows you to
- Protect the things that light you up
- Raise your vibration
- Stay in alignment with who you are
