Let’s dive into my three simple yet powerful steps:

  • Get clear about your needs, priorities and limits

Step 2: Find your voice

  • Get comfy speaking up for yourself

Step 3: Be Open/flexible

  • Be willing to compromise, throw other options out there.
  • Not every situation is a “This is my boundary now deal with it.”

 

Establishing healthy boundaries allows you to

  1. Protect the things that light you up
  2. Raise your vibration
  3. Stay in alignment with who you are
