How to Slow Down the Blame Game

When your mind is swirling with overwhelming thoughts it can stop you from moving forward.

Judgement creeps in and the blame game begins.

Maybe you find yourself wanting to retreat from the world. Perhaps you just say fuck it and leave your responsibilities behind.

Slow it down.

Call a trusted friend or whip out your journal.

Pour those thoughts out.

If you can’t get clear about your thoughts, legit ask yourself, “What do I need to hear right now?”

 

Get quiet.

Wait.

Listen (WITHOUT JUDGEMENT)

Pay attention to that first answer that pops up 🗣 that’s your voice. Subsequent answers tend to be judgement, ego.
